The sole administrative service provider for Indian visa applications to the State of Israel is IVP (Israel Visa Processing). Through its network of visa application centres, this organization is authorized to provide essential assistance to individuals wishing to visit Israel. In Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata, it has four centres across India where applicants can submit visa applications and supporting documents. Applications are processed at each centre under the applicable local regulations and specific jurisdictional guidelines. 

Although it manages the logistical aspects of the visa application process, such as the initial processing and collection of documents, it does not influence the decisions regarding visas. The Israeli Embassy in New Delhi or the Israeli Consulate General, depending on the applicant’s location, are the sole parties responsible for evaluating and ultimately approving visa applications. Its staff is impartial and has no control over whether visas are approved or denied. Their sole responsibility is to offer applicants guidance and assistance with administrative tasks. 

Candidates should know that delays in the visa endorsement process may occur. In such cases, neither the Israel Visa Application Centers nor the Consulate of Israel will accept responsibility for any consequences or risks associated with these delays. Regardless of the outcome of the application, visa fees are non-refundable. It is essential to comprehend that the application fee does not guarantee visa approval because the Israeli diplomatic authorities are solely responsible for making the final decision regarding visa issuance.

Services

Passport Courier Service

• Applicants can opt to have their passport couriered to their specified address after submitting their visa application. This service is available for an additional fee of Rs. 575/- (inclusive of GST).

Service Availability

• The courier service is subject to availability in the applicant’s specified location.

SMS Service Facility

• An optional SMS service is available for Rs. 150/- (inclusive of GST) per visa application form. This service provides updates on the status of the visa application.

SMS Fee Payment

• The fee for the SMS service is also payable in cash at the time of application submission.

Prohibited Items

• For security reasons, certain items are not allowed inside the Visa Application Centre. This includes electronic gadgets such as cameras, laptops, and portable music players.
