In recent decades, it has continued to diversify and expand its operations. In 2007, it ventured into real estate with the launch of two fully air-conditioned function halls, a first in Kakinada. 

This was trailed by the fruition of its Lofts in 2015, highlighting 130 extravagance units with present day conveniences. In 2018, it presented 82° EAST, a shopping center and multiplex that fills in as a significant diversion and shopping objective in East Godavari Locale.
